Brainstorming Zero Carbon ASAP Discussion Forum
The Brainstorming Zero Carbon ASAP Discussion Forum is a public discussion forum for people who are looking for current updates about the Brainstorming Zero Carbon ASAP Project (“Sample Initial Contact Letter”), and a public discussion forum for exchanging ideas about implementing the project.
This Discussion Forum can also be a meeting place and a networking location. Only members can comment, and the moderator (currently Stefan Pasti) will be active to ensure that it is a place for responsible, respectful, and courteous communication exchange. Key documents referred to can be found by links in “pinned posts”, and on the website of The Community Peacebuilding and Cultural Sustainability (CPCS) Initiative, the host of the Discussion Forum.
The Brainstorming Zero Carbon Discussion Forum currently has twelve sections:
1) Welcome and Introductions
2) Brainstorming Zero Carbon ASAP Project--Overview Comments
3) About the 5-10 page overviews (from whom, content, questions, etc.)
4) The Clearinghouse Website (who manages platform, main sections of, etc.)
5) Surveys of Key Local Leaders (lead organizations, questions, etc.)
6) Community Visioning Initiatives (lead organizations, organizers, training, etc.)
7) Neighborhood Learning Centers (initial workshops derived from surveys of key local leaders, etc.)
8) Neighbor to Neighbor Community Education (NTNCE) Project (residents contributing stories to a section of local newspaper about local people, resources, projects, etc. contributing to Zero Carbon, making necessary positive changes to their communities, etc.)
9) For Journalists, Educators, etc. sharing information about the Brainstorming Zero Carbon ASAP Project, and making use of the Clearinghouse Website
10) Growing Wisdom and Compassion in Small Communities (13 Steps)
